Palliative care often includes a team of people which can include your family & other carers, your GP along with any other health care professional required.
Palliative care services may include but are not limited to

  • Pain relief and other medications & treatments depending on your symptoms
  • Counselling & mental health support
  • Referrals to respite services & links to other services such as home help
  • Equipment required to aid care at home.
