Where possible we encourage patients to attend their GP in person to allow access to a greater range of medical services & equipment however select GPs also offer nursing home visits to their existing aged care patients.

Nursing home visits include a range of care including dementia, falls & fractures, diabetes, depression, cardiovascular disease just to name a few.

The GPs we support currently visit a range of nursing homes across Ballarat however some will only see their existing patients. Please discuss with your GP if you require a nursing home visit so they can refer you to an alternative GP if required.
